Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Phone and in-person customer reception
  • General office duties including filing, business correspondence, mail outs, etc
  • Database maintenance
  • E-Commerce website maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Quarterly customer service reviews
  • Large event organization, in whole or in part
  • Management of schedules, meetings, and tasks
  • To act as a point of vendor contact in dealing with orders and any issues
  • Responsibility of overseas wire transfers
  • Creation and maintenance of forms

The position requires, without exception, the following:

  • Eagerness to become an integral part of the PC Corp team and to propel the company forward through its vision
  • Minimum 2 years+ administrative experience supporting Senior Level Management (equivalencies may be considered)
  • Exceptional organizational skills, including time management, multi-tasking abilities and prioritization
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Detail oriented with high expectations of personal work

Financial Controller

PC Corp Inc., a growing organization with <50 employees, several related companies, and potential for strong growth, is seeking an energetic accounting professional. The successful individual is driven to provide leadership, long term vision for the financial components of the organization, and coordinate the company financial planning and budget management functions, while ensuring the company accounting procedures conform to GAAP. You will lead an accounting team ensuring smooth cash flow, timely and accurate completion of month end, year end and reporting activities. You will bring your expertise in financial reporting, internal controls and enthusiasm for project based work as well as day-to-day accounting.

Profile of the Successful Candidate

  • 3 - 5 years of successful experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position
  • Accounting designation of CMA, CGA or CA.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory role will help you oversee daily operations of the accounting department.
  • Strong professional written, verbal and interpersonal skills, to properly represent the organization both internally and externally.
  • Effective leadership and human resource competencies, including payroll, benefits, and employee relations.
  • Ability to train, motivate and evaluate department members to effectively accomplish the department's goals and objectives with enthusiasm.
  • Operational experience with inventory flow and control.
  • Excellent time management skills partnered with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of ACCPAC, Excel and Word a necessity, and good general software competency is desirable.
  • Strong work ethic and able to handle large volume operation.
  • Adaptability and ability to “think on your feet”
  • Experience in a fast-paced, growing organization.
  • An affinity for detail and analytics.

PC Corp is seeking an experienced, talented, and savvy Inside Sales Representative with a proven expertise in account management and development. The ideal applicant will possess a strong knowledge of Information Technology market and passion for success.

Responsibilities

  • Proactive sales efforts and a "customer-first" service approach.
  • Answer calls/e-mails/faxes daily from customers, distributors, and Account Managers.
  • Provide product information and quotes to clients.
  • Facilitate interaction between clients and Account Managers
  • Work directly with account managers on quotations and recommendations.
  • Expand knowledge through sales certification and presentations from Tier 1 manufacturers.
  • Inventory Control/Logistics of products flowing through to clients.
  • Support the sale of products to customers by entering, managing, and when necessary, expediting orders to facilitate the timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Procure products from distribution channel when required.
  • Maintain and grow manufacturer relationships, product lists, rebate information, etc.
  • Communicate technical information to customers, distributors and end-users.
  • Process requests for quote by providing pricing and product availability, and proactively following up on quotes in order to win business.

Qualifications

  • Outstanding sales skills with prior inside sales experience (at least 2 years).
  • Technical aptitude to understand product functionality, specifications and applications
  • Strong listening and superior communication skills.
  • Self-motivation and willingness to be held accountable for your actions.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship building skills.
  • A drive to generate sales, set goals, and strive to exceed them.
