Network Specialist

PC Corp We are looking for a dynamic technical individual with proven experience in the IT industry – specializing in repair, configuration and maintenance of networks, computers, and related technologies. This individual must possess excellent customer service and communication skills, and interested in being part of a progressive, dynamic team.

Position requirements:

This position ranges from supporting the current infrastructure environment to delivering new technology/solutions. Key responsibilities are Microsoft technologies; including maintaining and supporting operating systems, SBS, Exchange, VMware, Citrix, storage environments, security and some network systems, utilizing tools and technologies for hardware, and software.

  • Minimum 5 years industry experience
  • Proven ability to accurately troubleshoot and repair
  • ‘First-time-fix’ customer service approach and commitment to quality results
  • Ability to work independently
  • Interest in continued learning
  • Strong English oral and written communication skills
  • Willingness to take responsibility and be accountable for your actions
  • A+ certification mandatory
  • Valid Alberta drivers’ license and clean driving abstract

Executive Account Manager

PC Corp is seeking experienced, talented, and savvy Account Managers with a proven expertise in account management and Information Technology sales. The ideal applicant will possess a strong knowledge of Information Technology market and passion for success.

Position requirements:

  • Proactive sales efforts and a "customer-first" service approach.
  • Successfully promote and sell PC Corp as a full service, value added I.T. systems integrator
  • Build relationships with client accounts in order to extend reach and attain a higher percentage of clients I.T. budget
  • Focus on high margin I.T. solution sales
  • Provide product information and quotes to clients.
  • Facilitate interaction between clients and manufacturer partners
  • Expand knowledge through sales certification and presentations from manufacturers.
  • Maintain and grow manufacturer relationships
  • Demonstrate a high level of team work in all activities
  • Communicate technical information to clients
  • Process requests for quote by providing pricing and product availability, and proactively following up on quotes in order to win business
