Our optional delivery and set-up include:

1. Perform a full quality control diagnostic on arrival of your system at our store, configure Windows, and install your printer driver software. (Other software installations - simply request - subject to additional charge.)
2. DELIVER AND SETUP your computer at your home (greater Edmonton area only.)
3. Adjust your monitor settings.
4. Test your printer if purchased through us).
5. Test your modem.
6. Get you connected onto the Internet
   (Internet Service Provider account information required)
7. PROVIDE YOU WITH A HALF HOUR TRAINING SESSION:
   How to turn your computer, monitor, and printer, on and off properly.
   How to use basic system tools.
   How to use your printer (if purchased through us).
8. Remove computer boxes and packaging back to our store.
   (If requested.)
   Instead of having them take up space in your storage closet, garage, and for security reasons, in your garbage area, we will be happy to remove the boxes for you.  If, for any reason, you need boxes at a later date we will be happy to make some available to you.  (Please note these would not be the same boxes that arrived with your system.)
