Technical Client Coordinator

Location: EDMONTON

Position Type: Full-time, permanent, hybrid with both in-office (required) and remote days.

This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail‑oriented professional who thrives on coordination, documentation, and keeping complex client activity running smoothly. Success in this position comes from strong follow‑through, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts consistently.

As a Technical Client Coordinator within our Managed Services department, you will support client relationships by tracking technical activity, maintaining records, and ensuring commitments are delivered accurately and on time. This is not a quota‑driven sales role. The majority of the work focuses on administrative account management, client coordination, and internal communication with technical teams.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving complex challenges, and have a knack for translating technical language into business value, this may be the opportunity for you.  The majority of your time (roughly 80%) will be spent on account activity management and direct client contact.  This includes documentation and record-keeping, as well as technical activity coordination and tracking for clients, ensuring that commitments are delivered.

This position offers a hybrid working environment, blending remote flexibility with on-site responsibilities. Please note that fully remote work is NOT available for this role. Candidates must be located in Edmonton.
