Managed IT services are a service delivery model in which businesses outsource their IT management to a third-party provider on a contractual basis. We offer our IT services on a contractual basis, which lets you rely on both predictable IT support and predictable IT costs. You can choose from two different payment programs that both deliver the same high-quality experience:  

  1. Fully managed: Pay one fixed monthly fee for our Centralized Services, Client Support Services, Advanced Security, and vCIO Experience.
  2. Proactive: Pay one fixed monthly fee for Centralized Service, vCIO Experience, and Advanced Security, but receive a separate bill monthly for Client Support Services based on your resource consumption.

Around the clock, our team and systems perform a series of scheduled monitoring and maintenance activities and response items. Combined, they help your IT infrastructure remain a well-oiled machine, eliminating stressful disruptions to your productivity. These include:

When we identify an issue that needs escalation, Client Support Services takes on the task of fixing it, making sure your team can stay focused on their day-to-day.

Client Support Services

Simply submit a ticket for support assistance to engage the Client  Support Team. Then, your ticket will filter to the appropriate tier - depending on the request's complexity and the skills required to complete it.

The Client Support Services experience includes:

Email: A request via email-to-ticket and you’ll hear from the support team to coordinate support

Click: Through your Client Access Portal to submit a request and a team member will reach out to coordinate support

Call: The service desk for immediate assistance on urgent matters

When required, one of our friendly techs will visit you in-person for a hands-on resolution.

You’ll receive clear documentation and ticket tracking notifications to help you follow our progress along the way to a solution.

Rely on predictable response times and time-to-resolution, thanks to our pre-established Service Level Objectives (SLOs), categorized by priority level.

Advanced Security

We try hard to make IT easy. That’s why we offer two different payment programs for our Managed IT services – so you can choose what works for you. Both options deliver the same consistent, reliable IT experience and include the same activities to keep your network functioning smoothly.

fully managed

Your organization will pay one fixed monthly fee to keep your environment working optimally in its current state. The Fully Managed program makes billing simple and includes Centralized Services, Client Support Services, Advanced Security, and our vCIO Experience.

Proactive

Our Proactive program delivers all the above, but it is split into two components for billing purposes:

  • Your organization pays one monthly fixed fee for our Centralized Services and our Advanced Security
  • Separately, we will bill you monthly for our Client Support Services, as Time & Materials, depending on the resources and time you end up using.
