Your Executive Account Manager (EAM) is your point person to ensure everything runs smoothly, whether connecting to our Service Desk for technical assistance or our Client Support Team to address complex issues. You'll also have our Network Operations Centre working hard in the background, monitoring your network, our Practice Standard Development Team helping you follow current best practices, and our Professional Services Team guiding you through implementing larger IT projects.

We have specific service level objectives based on an issue's priority level that you will receive in your onboarding document. These outline our desired initial response times and time to resolution based on a problem's severity. Our goal is to make IT easy for you and give you peace of mind, knowing when you'll be able to get back to your desired level of productivity.

You can connect with us whenever you need via your PC Corp Support Assistant, an application we install on your devices, and submit a ticket through the Client Portal. We also hold regular status meetings to discuss your IT management and provide quarterly Pulse Reports with bigger-picture updates. You will also receive monthly notices from us about any key critical security issue, trending IT news, or other announcements that may affect your organization. Occasionally, we issue general notices about potential security risks or contact you directly about urgent issues.

Definitely! Our Central Services team is here to tackle various tasks to maintain your digital workspace. We offer Office 365 licensing management support, including taking care of your subscription logistics, directory sync monitoring, overseeing updates, making recommendations on security measures, etc.

It involves assessing your environment and setting up necessary components and solutions for monitoring, ticketing, etc. Then, we test and validate the environment, implement process improvements, and take other critical actions to guarantee a thriving ongoing IT infrastructure.
