The Calgary Stampede is over for 2016, but our spirit doesn’t fade. For the second year in a row we’ve received a Stampede Spirit Award from the Calgary Stampede Committee! We are honoured by the recognition and proud to be an active part of our community.
We had a great Stampede week. Kicking it off with PC Corp’s annual Stampede BBQ on July 7th. Our theme this year, Black Hats and White Hats. What a great theme it was! It allowed us to be creative and really stand out having our office windows decorated with caricatures of our staff in black and white. At the kickoff BBQ our team and guests of our BBQ dressed the in the theme colours and the lunch menu featured blackened chicken with white corn and many more black and white tasty options.
Throughout the festivities, our Community Projects Committee (CPC) through games, raffles and donations, raised over $1300.00 towards PC Corp’s community projects initiatives. These funds will be used to support PC Corp’s continuing community efforts. Hats off to our CPC and everyone who gave by playing a game or made a donation. Thank you for helping to MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
